1. The Service

SizzleHire is a restaurant hiring platform currently in development. This website operates a waitlist for early access. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

2. Pre-Launch Disclaimer

SizzleHire is currently in development. Features, functionality, pricing, and availability described on this website are subject to change without notice. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer or guarantee of any specific product, feature, or launch date.

3. Waitlist

Joining the SizzleHire waitlist is free and does not create a contractual obligation. Your position on the waitlist does not guarantee access to the product, a specific onboarding date, or any particular features.

4. Founding Pricing

Early access pricing is available to qualifying waitlist members at launch. Founding members receive preferred pricing for as long as they maintain an active subscription. We will provide at least 30 days written notice before any pricing changes that affect your account.

5. Communications Consent

By submitting your email address, you consent to receive emails from SizzleHire related to the waitlist, product updates, and launch announcements. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email or by contacting hello@sizzlehire.com.

If you opt in to SMS communications, standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. SMS consent is not required to join the waitlist.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Use automated tools to submit multiple signups
  • Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt our systems or infrastructure
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of SizzleHire Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SizzleHire Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed $100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SizzleHire Inc. and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your use of the service.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide at least 30 days notice by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
